Manufacturing Process
We follow a proven production system covering raw-material inspection, forging, heat treatment, CNC machining, and final testing and packaging. Every step complies with ISO and industry standards to ensure dimensional accuracy, mechanical performance, and surface quality.
Forging Capability
We specialize in forged steel flanges—blind, plate, slip-on, lap-joint, socket-weld, and weld-neck types—machined in various carbon and stainless steel grades. ANSI, JIS, EN, GB, and custom non-standard specifications are all supported.
Heat Treatment
Large-scale water-cooled and polymer quenching systems, accommodating multiple configurations and dimensions. Reversible polarity (pull-push mode) ensures uniform cooling with periodic calibration.
CNC Machining
We specialize in CNC machining of steel flanges and forgings, delivering precise dimensional accuracy, proper fit, and reliable sealing for both standard and custom flange components.
NDT & Material testing
Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001, and an independent QA team oversees all necessary procedures to ensure every process complies with ASTM/ASME, EN, API, and customer-specific technical standards.
